Employer Notifications 

  1. To submit a employer notification to ARSAC you will need to create a  ARSAC online portal account if you do not already have one. 

  2. Go to https://jira.collab.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/servicedesk/customer/portal/22 and login to your ARSAC online portal account.

  3. Follow the link for a Employer Notification. 

  4. Enter all of the required notification  information following the inline guidance.

  5. Once you are happy with the application and you have included all the required information/attachments click Create.
  6. Instructions on how to share and follow the status of your application can be found here 


Practitioner Notifications 

  1. To submit a practitioner notification to ARSAC you will need to create a ARSAC online portal account if you do not already have one.

  3. Follow the link for a Practitioner Notification. 

  4. Enter all of the required notification  information following the inline guidance.
  5. Once you are happy with the application and you have included all the required information/attachments click Create.

Research Notifications 

  1. To submit a research notification to ARSAC you will need to create a ARSAC online portal account
