This Comms Hub space aims to inform users on the following:

The Headlines
- Git Hosting is being consolidated within the Cloud across all current users
- This impacts Developers and Development teams, Programme/Project Managers and some support teams
- Changes are being made over four waves, in April and May
- Repositories are being migrated from legacy GitHub organisations to the new target UKHSA organisation
- There will be a new service offering using Service Now

- Jira is being consolidated to the Cloud across all current users, bringing together former PHE and Test & Trace
- Users within system Administrator, Project Lead and Service Management roles will be impacted, as well as broader general Jira users
- Some pre-migration fixes will be implemented during March and April impacted users in the current PHE server
- The migration to Cloud for current PHE users is scheduled for May, and for Test & Trace (Halo) users in June/July

- All users of Confluence will experience changes in look and feel
