If we're archiving attachments from a page (just the attachments, not the whole page) we simply remove them and add a link to the UK Government Web Archive (can be found using GOV.UK Browser Extension (the little crown add on)) within the Details section. This is works as long as the attachments have been published for more than a few days, as a 'scrape' of the site will have taken place.
