Welcome to your weekly countdown update. These updates will provide you with the latest information regarding the migration to Cloud for Jira and Confluence as well as any pre-migration tasks you will need to be aware of and also start to share some of the great improvements you will see in the cloud instance. Along with lots of exciting new features there will be some constraints when moving to cloud. In this section we will call out where we need you to take action to prepare your work to be moved to cloud. Please take some time to review the following actions
Data Cleanse Activity
UKHSA are currently undertaking an exercise to review and validate content within the UKHSA Atlassian platform. It is vital this work takes place so that we can complete a full assessment of content within those project spaces and whether they are suitable to hosted in the SaaS.
What we need from you please - We will shortly email a questionnaire to all main contacts, for you to complete about the content of your Confluence and Jira spaces. There will be accompanying guidance to help guide you through the questions and some background information. We would appreciate your help in completing and returning this information to us.
Confluence - Personal spaces
These will not be migrated. We will work with you to understand the content within these spaces and action required to ensure any required information is retained.
What we need from you please - We will shortly been sending an email directly to those affected asking for you to confirm if the content is still active and in use, and will work with you to ensure appropriate action is taken
