⏳ Countdown to migration

Welcome to the first of these weekly countdown updates.  These updates will provide you with the latest information regarding the migration to Cloud for Jira and Confluence as well as any pre-migration tasks you will need to be aware of and also start to share some of the great improvements you will see in the cloud instance.   Please also remember to keep an eye out for updates in the Comms Hub.  Links can be found here: 

  • The project team will be providing awareness sessions where you can find out more on SaaS features and functionality, and an opportunity to ask questions - once dates/times are confirmed you can get involved here

Progress

Work is progressing well with our migration partner Valiantys in the discovery and planning phase star 

 UAT volunteers and Familiarisation sessions
UAT commences - Monday 3rd February
Familiarisation sessions - Wednesday 29th January

Volunteers are currently being given system access

All UAT volunteers should have received 3 familiarisation meeting invites  | Jira/Confluence | JSM | X-ray |
you only need to attend those relevant to the tools that you use

If you are unable to attend, Familiarisation sessions will be recorded and available here

Project categories have been realigned to reflect the directorate the project falls under. 

Updating of the categories is planned for the coming weeks star
