How to check if your image is in the correct dimensions (Windows)
Step 1
- find the image that you want to examine on your computer
- right click on the image
Step 2
- click on the 'Details' tab
- check the width and height of the image in the 'Image' submenu
- ensure that the image is 960 x 640 pixels (in the example below, the image dimensions are too large)
