JIRA Service Desk is a convenient way to manage your content request.


Service Desk allows you to:

  • track the progress of your ticket
  • provide feedback on the work to date
  • see who is handling your request
  • view what stage of the process your ticket has reached

Step 1. Log a ticket


You can make a content request using the Service Desk.


This will create a new ticket in the Service Desk.


The ticket will be assigned to a member of the GOV.UK Digital Content Team. When the ticket has been assigned it is 'In Progress'





Write links out as part of the sentence and in bold.
