You can add someone to a JIRA ticket as a request participant.
This means that:
- your colleague will be able to view the ticket
- they can reply to any comments
It is similar to the 'cc' function on an email.
Share the ticket with your colleague
To share the ticket:
- click on the Share option on the right hand side
- write in their name or email address (as appropriate)
- click the blue button to confirm
Your colleague will then appear on the right hand side in the Shared with list.
To take them off the ticket, click Remove.
