Your Shortcuts to Confluence spaces, weblinks etc will not be migrated over. Please ensure you make a note of your shortcuts to allow you to recreate those post migration. |

Canned Responses will not be migrated over to Cloud. You will need to manually recreate these. We have identified all projects using them and will be reaching out to you with a list for you to review and confirm if they need to be manually recreated post migration. |
Data Cleanse ActivityUKHSA are currently undertaking an exercise to review and validate content within the UKHSA Atlassian platform. It is vital this work takes place so that we can complete a full assessment of content within those project spaces and whether they are suitable to hosted in the SaaS.What we need from you please - We will shortly email a questionnaire to all main contacts, for you to complete about the content of your Confluence and Jira spaces. There will be accompanying guidance to help guide you through the questions and some background information. We would appreciate your help in completing and returning this information to us._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Confluence - Personal spacesThese will not be migrated. We will work with you to understand the content within these spaces and action required to ensure any required information is retained. On migration to cloud all projects categories will be updated. The projects category will now be aligned to the directorate the project belongs to. |
