How to check if your image is in the correct dimensions (Windows)

Step 1

  • find the image that you want to examine on your computer
  • right-click on the image

  • This opens the Image properties window

  • click on the 'Details' tab
  • check the width and height of the image in the 'Image' sub menusubmenu
  • ensure that the image is 960 x 640 pixels (in the example below, the image dimensions are too large)

Please resize Resize the image yourself using the crop function in Microsoft Picture Manager.
