How to check if your image is in the correct dimensions (Windows)

Step 1

  • find the image that you want to examine on your computer
  • right click on the image




Step 2

  • click on the 'Details' tab
  • check the width and height of the image in the 'Image' sub menu
  • ensure that the image is 960 x 640 pixels
  • in the example below, the image dimensions are too large

Please resize the image yourself using the crop function in Microsoft Picture Manager.
