When you raise your ticket on JIRA Service Desk, please mention that the image is in the wrong dimensions.
You could resize the image yourself using the crop function in Microsoft Picture Manager.
If your image is too large (above 960 x 640 dimensions) the GOV.UK content team may be able to resize it to fit . Images that are smaller than 960 x 640 are not suitable for use on the site.You could also resize the image yourself using the crop function in Microsoft Picture Managerif time permits. Please mention this on the ticket and we may be able to help.
